If you are not satisfied with NemoJobs within 7 days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Contact us at support@nemojobs.com.
After the initial 7-day period, refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. We consider technical issues, billing errors, and exceptional circumstances.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current period.
Email support@nemojobs.com with your account email and reason. We process refund requests within 3 business days.
